However, those who may be intent on applying to as many schools in Texas as possible might be concerned about paying multiple application fees, especially when many universities charge upwards of $40 to submit an application. Luckily, there are a good number of schools in Texas that do not charge an application fee.

- Texas Lutheran University (Seguin, TX)
- Texas Wesleyan University (Fort Worth, TX)
- Trinity University (San Antonio, TX)
- University of the Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX)
- University of St. Thomas (Houston, TX)

Though U.S. college applications can be costly, there are still many colleges that students can apply to without breaking the bank.
